The article deals with the content of the legal status of a person under a special legal regime of territories. In addition to limiting the rights and freedoms in particular status and regime of the territories, according to the author's view, there are additional duties of a citizen, moreover there may be established additional rights in some cases – additional warranty rights. There is a special mechanism typical for the implementation of the legal status of a person caused by new procedures, specifically created bodies, regulation, redistribution of government powers.
